The card has been issued in the frame of the joint project of the Bank of Moscow and the METRO Cash&Carry company and is only active in the territory of supermarkets of the METRO Cash&Carry company situated at the following addresses.

Peculiarities of the card of the Bank of Moscow — METRO Cash & Carry
The specific feature of this card is that it can be provided to any legal entity or an individual entrepreneur that has entered into a plastic card settlement agreement with METRO Cash&Carry.

 


Advantages of the card of the Bank of Moscow — METRO Cash&Carry

  • The use of the card of the Bank of Moscow and the METRO Cash&Carry company enables to separate payments using an ordinary bank card from payments in the territory of supermarkets of the METRO Cash&Carry company and, hence, perform more precise accounting of funds and expenses performed;
  • For the purpose of card opening there is no need to open a special account for accounting card transactions;
  • This is a flexible and profitable instrument of cash-free payment for purchased goods;
  • The card identifies the status of its holder as a legal entity or an individual non-incorporated entrepreneur.

Card issue procedure
To have a card a client must apply to the customer service department of METRO Cash & Carry and enter into a plastic card settlement agreement. When the agreement is concluded the client will have to apply to Levoberezhnoye branch of the Bank of Moscow which is located in the company’s premises to receive a plastic card. Cards are made within 5 days after the client’s documents arte received by the Bank’s branch.

Card transaction procedures
To increase the card limit the card holder has to make an advance payment to METRO Cash & Carry settlement account opened in the Bank of Moscow by transferring funds specifying the agreement and card details. The amount of the limit is established by the Bank in accordance with the amount of the funds received from the client. Any changes in the amount of the limit are done in accordance with further advance payments and the amount of payment for the goods bought by the card holder.

Card transactions
To make a non-cash payment for any goods the card holder much get an authorization via POS-terminals located in METRO Cash & Carry supermarkets for wholesale buyers. No overdraw is allowed.A card holder may receive a report on the current limit balance calling the Bank’s client support department number (495) 728-77-88 and disclosing his card’s secret code, as well as a report on the last ten card transactions and on the amount of the available limit via the Bank’s terminals located in METRO Cash & Carry supermarkets.

Card transaction security
Security of any card transaction is assured by a PIN code entered by the holder from the PIN-PAD on the POS-terminal operated by the Bank of Moscow in METRO Cash & Carry supermarkets in Moscow.

Cost of the card issue
Cards are issued free of charge. The period of card validity is 2 years.
