The Processing Centre of the Bank of Moscow provides sponsor support services to the banks when they join international payment systems VISA International and MasterCard Worldwide as an Associated/Affiliated member and provides for compliance with all requirements made by payment systems.

The Processing Centre of the Bank of Moscow performs comprehensive consulting, technical and methodical assistance. Joining the international payment systems gives the banks the following advantages:

• the opportunity to obtain own BINs;
• issue of bank cards of the following payment systems: VISA International — Electron, Classic, Gold, Platinum, Infinite, Business; issue of bank cards of MasterCard Worldwide — Cirrus/Maestro, Standard, Gold, Business payment systems with own design and logo (cards are the ownership of the agent bank);
• servicing of both won and third banks’ bank cards VISA/MasterCard of all categories in by the equipment of the bank;
• the bank can independently establish commission fees for its cards.

The Bank of Moscow offers specially to regional banks the realization of restricted associated membership programme Deposit Access. This programme enables regional banks to issue VISA electron cards with their own design. The cost of membership in a payment system under the Deposit Access programme is substantially lower than the cost of associated membership for Moscow and Saint Petersburg banks.
