The Processing Centre of the Bank of Moscow offers for promotion of emission programmes of partner banks:

• installation of the Bank Client software in the banks for exchange of files pertaining to card transactions and the equipment of the bank, which enables to exchange data in automatic regime, as well as to get all necessary reporting information with respect to transaction with the cards of the bank. Prior to the commencement of cooperation the Bank of Moscow organizes a trial transmission of file formats and training in the sphere of interaction with electronic document flow in the frame of such cooperation.
• provision of bank card holders with access to SMS-services, which enables to receive information on card transactions and balance.
• effecting settlements in roubles, US dollars and Euro.
• opportunity of operative fund management on correspondent accounts and cards of clients:
  • monitoring of fund balance on correspondent accounts of the bank using Bank Client system;
  • sending electronic format information to banks in the case of trigger balance excess;
  • increase of limits for bank cards several times a day (taking into account the necessary replenishment of the correspondent account and updating of the processing centre base).
• opportunity of joining to the programme of remote access to the bank card database Telescope System, which enables to perform the following transactions in real-time mode:
  • enter new clients’ data for card opening,
  • change the status of a card (blocking),
  • reset of the counter of PIN-code input (in the event of wrong code input),
  • monitor authorization requests,
  • monitor cash terminals and POS-terminals and, if required, eliminate technical failures in operation thereof,
  • perform voice authorization, provide client support services ;
• services pertaining to personalization of bank cards and printing of PIN-envelopes in partner banks, which is especially important for regional banks.
• organisation of work with banks having their own processing or using an outsourced processing centre.
• issue of mutual cards (co-brand programmes) with potential companies. International bank cards issued in the from of co-brand programmes combine payment functions with additional service to be proved by a partner company in the form of discount or additional services.
