  • Automatic telephone bank:
    • The opportunity to get information on the account of their bank cards in automatic mode messages is provided to holders of the Bank cards, individuals.
  • Monitoring of security of transactions with bank cards pertaining to emission and acquiring.
  • Performance of claims activity.
  • Monitoring of terminal equipment network.
  • Technical support of terminal equipment network.

Moreover, employees of the Bank of Moscow prepare reporting for an agent bank on transaction of an agent bank for submission thereof to the Central Bank.

Services to be implemented in the nearest future

  • payment for services at POS-terminals installed in businesses offering goods/services;
  • extension of services which can be paid for in self-servicing units and POS-terminals;
  • organization of a acceptance of cards of payment systems "Gold Crown", "Sbercard", "China Union Pay" and "NCC";
  • replenishment of card accounts of the agent bank clients in self-servicing units of the Bank of Moscow;
  • organization of contactless payment of travel fee for the agent bank clients on the Moscow Metro;
  • organization of transfers between VISA cards of the banks – members of the VISA International payment system;
  • issue by agent banks of cards of Standard/Classic and Gold categories with built-in microprocessor (chip), which provides for fuller safety while effecting settlements.
