Medium-Sized Business Lending




The Bank of Moscow offers medium-sized business engaged in manufacturing, trading or service sector special schemes of lease financing and lending.

If you are a medium-sized enterprise engaged in manufacturing, trading or service sector and you need extra funds for the purpose of:

  • Increase of stock turnover;
  • Working production capital financing;
  • Purchase of equipment, raw stock, materials or merchandise;
  • Purchase of vehicles;
  • Purchase, construction or maintenance of immovable estate;
  • Short-term cash shortage financing,
  •  etc.

The Bank of Moscow is able to float loans on terms and conditions as follows.

LOAN PRODUCTS:

  • Loan;
  • Credit line;
  • Overdraft (transaction account lending);
  • Letter of credit;
  • Bank guarantee in favour of any third party.

PRINCIPAL LENDING TERMS:

  • The interest rate in RF roubles or foreign currency is fixed on an individual basis as of the date of the credit facility review.
  • Payment of interest on a monthly basis.
  • Repayment of principal: as agreed.
  • Loan security:
    • Immoveable estate pledge;
    • Pledge of equipment, merchandise inventory, raw stock or materials;
    • Pledge of vehicles;
    • Pledge of securities (either public or corporate);
    • Guarantees or sureties by third parties (enterprises or associations or constituent entities of the Russian Federation with sound financial standing).

Loan is granted by noncash payment through a wire transfer to the Borrower’s account opened with the Bank of Moscow.

Loan consultancy is available at any branch of the Bank of Moscow.
