The Bank of Moscow buys and sells foreign currency for roubles, and renders services to convert one cashless foreign currency into another (operations are performed according to the Bank’s rate). The Bank has provided for an opportunity to establish individual rates for the conversion operations the issue of the establishment thereof shall be considered individually, in the time of the client application)
