1. Banking operations with funds in rubles and foreign currency:
- raising of deposits from individuals and legal entities (on call and for fixed terms);
- placement of funds of individuals and legal entities in deposits (on call and for fixed terms) in the name and at the expense of the Bank;
- opening and maintenance of bank accounts for individuals and legal entities;
- performance of settlements on the instructions of individuals and legal entities, including correspondent banks, on their bank accounts;
- collection of cash, bills, payment and settlement documents and provision of cash services to individuals and legal entities;
- sale and purchase of foreign currency in cash and non-cash forms;
- deposits and placement of precious metals;
- issue of bank guarantees;
- performance of money transfers on the instructions of individuals without opening bank accounts (apart from postal transfers).
2. Issue of surety for third parties envisaging performance of obligations in monetary form;
- acquisition of receivables from third parties with respect to performance of obligations in monetary form;
- trust management of funds and other property under agreements with individuals and legal entities;
- operations with precious metals and precious stones in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- leasing operations;
- provision of consulting and information services.
3. Purchase, sale, recording, storage and other operations with securities fulfilling the function of a payment document, with securities confirming deposit of funds in deposit and bank accounts, with other securities operations with which do not require a special licence n accordance with the federal laws, plus the right to perform trust management of securities under agreements with individuals and legal entities.
