Nizhny Novgorod branch of the Bank of Moscow started operations in January 1999.

The Bank of Moscow branch operation in Nizhny Novgorod is based on the Cooperation Agreement between the Bank of Moscow and Administration of the Nizhny Novgorod Region aimed to ensure the following:

  • integrating efforts to ensure mobilization of financial, material and other resources, including attracting foreign investors’ funds to enable structural reorganization of economics, stabilize financial and credit market, develop the Nizhny Novgorod Region socially and economically through implementing joint projects and initiatives;
  • interacting to ensure reliable operations, retrofitting and further development of enterprises (industries) that are the key players in satisfying vital needs of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, based on the full-scale investment, lending and day-to-day business banking services;
  • participating in establishing state-of-the-art technologically advanced productions capable to considerably enhance economic potential of the regions;
  • organizational and financial support of initiatives and projects related to development of industrial and economic cooperation between enterprises of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and Moscow to shape complementary economic synergy;
  • collaboration improving fiscal revenues of the Nizhny Novgorod Region budget through optimization of cash flows.
  • Nizhny Novgorod branch of the Bank of Moscow implements an active lending policy, provides day-to-day business banking service and all kinds of currency operations for legal entities and individuals, including money transfers in Russia and abroad during one banking day.
