Perm branch of the Bank of Moscow started operations in August 1999.

A key priority of the branch operations is facilitating economic and social development of the Perm Region, which is one of the most developed Ural regions; this aim implies close collaboration with executive authorities of the region.

Main lines of cooperation existing between the Bank of Moscow and the Administration of the Perm Region are determined in the Agreement concluded by the Bank and regional Administration and include the following:
