Issue conditions

1. Citizenship of the Russian Federation.

2. Place of residence: a loan can be applied for at the Bank’s office located both at the place of permanent registration and at the place of actual residence. When applying for a loan at the place of actual residence, the region of registration and the place of work must be the same as the region of the Bank’s presence.

3. Age at time of application: from 21 to 53,5 years - for women, from 21 to 58,5 - for men.

4. Time worked in latest job — at least 3 months1.

    The Bank will make a decision and notify you accordingly by sending an SMS message to your mobile telephone number specified in your credit card application.

Documents for issue of a card

For individual clients (including Individual Entrepreneurs)

  • 1. Passport of the Russian Federation
  • 2. Second document (at the client’s discretion).

    • driving licence and vehicle registration certificate;
    • foreign travel passport with at least one border control stamp;
    • the client’s current account or bank card account statement showing sums credited over the last six months;
    • term deposits in the Bank with a balance when the Application form is submitted of at least 200% of the requested credit sum;
    • 2-NDFL (personal income tax) form/statement from the financial department for members of the armed forces, officers of law enforcement agencies, for the last six months.

  • — account servicing charge during the first and second years - 250 RUR, beginning from the third year - 200 RUR (annually);
  • — charge for withdrawing cash from the Bank of Moscow ATMs - 3.5%;
  • — charge for withdrawing cash from ATMs of other banks - 3.5%.
