Pursuant to the Deposit Insurance System, OAO Bank of Moscow make payments to the depositors of the banks with respect to which an insured accident has occurred:

• CB Bank of High Technologies (ÎÎÎ) (payments were made prior to 19 November 2010)
• OAO Municipal Commercial Bank (payments were made prior to 24 September 2010)
• ZAO Wolga Deutsche Bank (ZAO WDB-Bank) (payments were made prior to 24 August 2010)
• ÎÎÎ Commercial Mortgage Investment Bank "Sochi" (payments were made prior to 16 June 2010)
• MCB Eurasia-Center (ZAO) (payments were made prior to 30 July 2010)
• MABES Sakhalin-West (OAO) (payments were made prior to 26 August 2009)
