The Bank of Moscow offers a Loan restructuring Programme for private individuals who are conscientious borrowers of the Bank having temporary financial problems with debt servicing due to:

  • considerable reduction of income,
  • loss of job as a result of various crisis phenomena,
  • other reasons (family problems, etc.).

Each certain case is considered individually. The program includes the following types of the debt restructuring:



Starting from September 1, 2009 The Bank of Moscow will hold a special campaign to cancel penalty sanctions within the framework of the Loan Restructuring Programme.
The campaign is short-termed!


To restructure the debt the client having temporary financial problems should:

  • Call the Bank (at +7 (495) 221-13-73 (for the Moscow clients) or at 8-800-200-23-00 (for the clients from regions of the Russian Federation) (toll free) to determine an option of the loan debt restructuring,
  • Or send a free-form application at the email: ukm@mmbank.ru,
  • Or draw up an application in  any department/branch of the Bank.

The client’s application will be reviewed by the bank within 30 calendar days.

Application of each client is reviewed individually.

The operator will contact the borrower following the results of the review to fix the date and place of signing an additional agreement.

You can submit an application for the loan restructuring to one of the following offices of the Bank of Moscow:

— all regional branches,
— all departments in the Moscow Region,
— all departments in Moscow.

Departments in Moscow and the Moscow Region, where additional agreements on the loan restructuring are drawn up:

  • Dolgorukovskoye,
  • Kurskoye,
  • Leningradskoye,
  • Polyanka.
