Main Requirements to Guarantors

  1. Citizenship of the Russian Federation. Registration of the Guarantor (at the place of residence / temporary residence) at the location of purchased Residential Premises is not mandatory.

  2. Guarantor’s age from 21 years up to 65 years (irrespective of Guarantor's gender) at the time the loan is repaid.

If the Guarantor is married, and the Guarantor’s spouse is not a Joint Borrower, then, before the mortgage transaction, the Guarantor’s spouse must provide a notarized consent to concluding the surety agreement.
