To have one’s own home is the dream of many and vital for everyone. And this dream can be realised. To get an apartment, it is sufficient to take out a mortgage.

Main conditions for receiving a loan

Purpose of loan
To purchase an apartment on the primary real estate market at:
Moscow Area, Khimki, Levoberezhny neighbourhood, Sovkhoznaya Street 11, building 5.

Interest rates
At the construction stage — from 11.70% in foreign currency, from 14.25% in RUR.

After registration of the pledge — from 10.20% in foreign currency, from 12.75% in RUR.

Initial deposit
At least 30% of the appraisal value of the apartment purchased on the mortgage.

Loan currency
RUR, USD, EUR.

Credit term
From 3 to 30 years (term, multiples of 12 months)

Loan sum
Moscow area — from 490 000 RUR (equivalent at the Bank of Russia exchange rate in the loan currency when the Application is submitted to the Bank).

Subsidiaries — from 170 000 RUR (equivalent at the Bank of Russia exchange rate in the loan currency when the Application is submitted to the Bank).

Loan surety
At the construction stage:

  • Where a flat is acquired under a right to claim assignment agreement, pledge of the right to claim
Upon registration of the title:
  • Pledge (mortgage) of the acquired flat.

How to take out a mortgage

Advice and submitting an application

1. Book a meeting with a consultant by ringing +7 (495) 925-80-00 or fill in the mortgage application form.

2. A mortgage consultant will contact you.

Submitting the documents

1. Collect the listed documents.

2. Hand them to your personal manager at the Bank’s Mortgage Centre.

Select the housing

1. Select independently or with the assistance of a Real Estate Agent/Mortgage Broker real estate that meets the Bank’s requirements.

2. Have an independent appraiser appraise it.

3. Provide the Bank with the set of documents relating to the residential premises.

Insurance

1. Select an insurance company for concluding a mortgage insurance agreement.

2. Provide the chosen insurance company with the information required for agreeing the insurance tariff.

Receiving the loan

Conclusion of the loan agreement and formalisation of the transaction.
