How to get a mortgage

• Arrange a meeting with a consultant by calling +7 (495) 925-80-00 or fill in the mortgage application form.
• Our mortgage loan consultant will contact you.

• Obtain the documents in accordance with the list.
• Submit the documents to your personal manager from the Bank’s Mortgage Centre.

• Find and choose the property meeting Bank requirements whether by your own efforts or through the Real Estate Agency/Mortgage Broker.
• Have the property appraised by an independent appraiser.
• Submit a set of residential premises documents to the Bank.

• Choose an insurance company to conclude a mortgage insurance agreement.
• Submit required information to the selected insurance company to agree the insurance rate.

Conclude the loan agreement and execute the transaction.
