- Information of the last payment amount must be specified in the borrower service department before the last payment is made to repay the loan debt.
- If the installment repayment date falls on a day-off / holiday, the repayment date shall be the first business day following the day-off / holiday (the debt amount (including including) is calculated and repaid for the first business day following the day-off / holiday).
- If a month of loan repayment has no date that corresponds to the repayment date, the repayment date shall be the last date of the month.

You should place funds on your instant access deposits in the loan currency in any operations office of the Bank. To do that, you will need your regular passport, a plastic card issued by the Bank, and the amount of funds of your payment. After receiving a mortgage loan, you may use this service to control mortgage repayment by receiving movement on account data in the text message format.
Every month a Borrower receives a text notice sent to the number of mobile phone specified in the course of registration and providing the following information:
— repayment amount and date, and in case of debt for the previous period — outstanding debt amount (it is generated and sent to a customer 2 days prior the planned repayment date);
— actual debiting of the debt from the Borrower’s account to be repaid and amount of debiting funds to repay the loan debt (it is generated and sent to the Borrower the next day after the repayment date);
— whether it is necessary to repay any outstanding debt stating the outstanding debt amount.
The service is supported in any point of the world included in the coverage by your mobile carrier.
