Loan Repayment On a monthly basis, by equal monthly installments
Insurance Compulsory insurance:
 — risk of loss and damage of the mortgaged property;

At the Borrower’s discretion:
— life and disability insurance;
— risk of loss of title for the mortgaged property
Real Estate Appraisal In compliance with the rates of appraising companies.
Additional Borrower’s Expenses

Granting fee: not charged.

–  if settlements with the apartment seller are made using a safety deposit box — a safety deposit box is leased in compliance with the Bank rates (depending on the size of the box and the Bank department/subsidiary
Early Repayment Term Recommended minimum amount of down payment:

– for Moscow and the Moscow Region — 50 000 RUR or the equivalent of the given sum in the loan currency, calculated at the Bank of Russia exchange rate for the date of partial early loan repayment

– for constituent entities of the Russian Federation, except for Moscow and the Moscow Region — 22 000 RUR or the equivalent of the given sum in the loan currency, calculated at the Bank of Russia exchange rate for the date of partial early loan repayment
