Main conditions for receiving a loan

Purpose of loan
Complete repayment of the mortgage loan previously issued by OAO Bank of Moscow (hereinafter — the Bank) in order to purchase:

  • separate apartment in the apartment house;
  • detached residential house (cottage) or townhouse designed for permanent residence that consist of one or more rooms, and for purchase of the land lot, where such real estate is situated, or the tenant right of such land lot.

Such product is designed to refinance own loans provided by the Bank over a year ago* in order to change loan currency in RF rubles (RUR)

Loan currency
RUR.

Credit term
From 3 up to 30 years (term, multiples of 12 months)

Loan sum
Moscow area — from 490 000 RUR (equivalent at the Bank of Russia exchange rate in the loan currency when the Application is submitted to the Bank).

Subsidiaries — from 170 000 RUR (equivalent at the Bank of Russia exchange rate in the loan currency when the Application is submitted to the Bank).

Interest rates
From 12.75% in RUR.

Loan sum
Not more than 80% from the current cost of the mortgaged property.
Not more than balance of the current liability debt.

Collateral
Residential premises pledge.

Additional Requirement to Quality of Service of the Refinanced Loan
No insignificant delays (up to 5 calendar days) during the preceding and current year are allowed.

* The loan is considered to have been provided over a year ago, if more than one year has passed since the date the loan was provided until the date the Early Repayment Application is submitted.

*** If the income is confirmed by a Bank form, the interest rate is raised by 1 percentage point

**** In the absence of personal and title insurance, the interest rate is raised by 3 percentage points

***** Provided the borrower/coborrower meets the criteria for the given class of clients established by the Bank
