Since 1997 a unique mail banking system created by the Bank of Moscow together with the Federal Mail service department for Moscow (a branch of FSUE "Russian Post") has successfully operated allowing to receive a wide range of banking serviced at the nearest post office:

Payment of housing, public utilities and other services

Payment of housing, public utilities and other services in cash money or by cashless transfer from the Demand and Current pension deposit accounts, long-term orders allowed.

Cash withdrawal

Withdrawal of cash money using plastic cards of Russian and international payment systems, including the "Social card of the Moscow Citizen". For a list of post offices with the equipment of the Bank of Moscow, including ATMs.
