Automatic telephone bank

Service description

Using telephone connection, clients of the Bank of Moscow, both individuals and legal entities, may promptly gain access to the following information on the account:

• current state of the account;
• the last money flow on the account;
• arrival of funds to the account for the period;
• expenditure of funds from the account for the period;
• interest rates on rouble and foreign currency deposits of individuals;
• rates of purchase and sale of foreign currencies in the Bank of Moscow;
• rates of the Bank of Russia and MICEX for various types of foreign currencies and other useful information.

Joining procedure

• Address a retail outlet of the Bank for entering into an agreement.
• Fill in 2 counterparts of the agreement and the application for joining to the service of Multifunctional Centre of Call Processing.
• Receive an envelope with the password in a retail outlet of the Bank.
• (The password consists of 2 parts: 1. client’s identification number; 2. the password itself).
