Information announcement for Moscow area clients. Transfer to the new remote Web-banking system.

Dear Clients,

The Bank of Moscow is pleased to announcement start-up of a modern, fully-functioning remote Web-banking system and recommends that you make use of the extensive opportunities it offers.

Once logged into the system, you can, provided you have a computer with Internet access, do the following on-line, no matter where you are in the world:

  • find out the status of your accounts, deposits, cards and credits;
  • pay for mobile communications, utilities, Internet and other services;
  • open deposits;
  • set up templates for your most frequently use operations and a time schedule of regular payments;
  • transfer money between your accounts and to those of third parties.

The benefits of the new system include:

  • Simple connection.
    For connection to the Web-banking system, visit any branch of the Bank, where the staff will quickly connect you.
  • Convenient and easy use. The system has a convenient interface and can be used round-the-clock, from any computer with Internet access.
  • Better security. The Web-banking system provides a high level of security.The services are accessed via a secure link. Entry into the system is confirmed by a log-in and a password, as well as a one-time code. An SMS is sent to the user’s mobile regarding any access attempt. Operations are confirmed by one-time SMS-codes and major operations by an electronic digital signature (EDS).

The Bank of Moscow is launching transfer to the new, more convenient, functional and secure Web-banking system. In this connection, from 14 October 2010, the Bank will no longer connect clients to the previous system or reissue expired EDS keys in the Moscow area.

From 1 February 2011, in the previous remote service system, for clients of the Moscow area only the function of viewing account statements will be accessible.

The new Web-banking system is provided to clients of the Bank of Moscow free of charge and within a subscription fee.
