The commission is debited from the customers' accounts in Russian rubles at
the exchange rate of the Bank of Russia as of the day of crediting/debiting; at
absence of assets in the accounts in Russian rubles or absence of accounts of
the customer in Russian rubles the commission shall be debited from the
customer's current foreign currency accounts with the Bank of Moscow
