Commission fee for the asset withdrawal from management |

for the conservative and balanced strategies in the event of the asset
withdrawal within the period of 181 days as from the date of the initial
placement of the assets in management;
- for the strategy and growth and aggressive strategy in the event of the asset
withdrawal within the period of 365 (366) days as from the date of the initial
placement of the assets in management;
- for Small Cap and IPO strategies strategy in the event of the asset
withdrawal within the period of 730 (731) days as from the date of the initial
placement of the assets in management. |

2.0 % of the market value of the withdrawn assets |

for the Investments in High-income Obligations strategy in the event of the
asset withdrawal within the period of 365 (366) days as from the date of the
initial placement of the assets in management;
- for the Capital Maintenance strategy in the event of the asset withdrawal
within the period of 730 (731) days as from the date of the initial placement of
the assets in management. The guarantee of return of the amount placed in
management shall be invalid, if the assets are withdrawn ahead of schedule. |
