2.11.10. Conversion of assets received from an individual borrower of the Bank:
  • in payment for the Bank commission for granting a mortgage/premortgage credit;
  • in payment for indebtedness (principal, interest, overdue included, penalties) under a mortgage/premortgage credit, into Swiss francs

2.11.11. Conversion of assets (part of the assets) of the maternity (family) capital in rubles received from a territorial authority of the Pension fund of the Russian Federation to be applied in repayment of the principal and interest on a mortgage credit into the credit currency:
  • US dollars;
  • Euro;
  • Swiss francs;
  • Japanese Yens.

1 Salary client — Borrower/Coborrower being an employee of the Bank or an enterprise participating in the salary project of the Bank.

2 The service of change of the annuity payment date is rendered to the Borrower/Coborrower once for the whole term of the credit.

* No Tariffs are charged in case the borrower applies for restructuring of indebtedness because of worsened financial position, in case the borrower meets the conditions forming the basis for the restructuring services offered by the Bank (the services are defined by the Order of mortgage credit servicing (Process 8) approved by Order No. 21 dated 14 January 2009)
